John Duza is a Senior Master Instructor with over 30 years of experience instructing the public and private sectors. He has conceived many advanced principles and exercises in martial arts and functional fitness so his clients yield faster results to achieve their goals.

I trained with John for almost 2 years! I have taken John's Abs, Boxing, Muay Thai, and Women's Self-Defense classes.
