At the beginning of my weight loss journey, I weighed around 250 lbs. I hated running or anything to do with cardio. Then I was lucky enough to meet John. We began immediately working not only on my goal of weight loss but to improve my way of living. From day 1, John pushed me past limits that I didn’t know I had. Within the first week I began to see results. I could run longer, do boxing and kickboxing for longer periods of time, and my strength increased tremendously. It didn’t take long after that to see physical changes, my clothes became looser and I felt more confident in my own skin. Not only was every workout intense but also I learned so much about self-defense. I remember getting in my car and not being able to turn my steering wheel because my arms were so sore. Because of John I still incorporate boxing into my everyday workout. By the end of my training with John, I weighed 199.7 pounds. I am still continuing my journey but I had great coach to get me started.

I trained with John in MMA and Fitness and I can not recommend him enough! He pushed me to my max, and because of that dedication, I saw amazing results in my physique, strength, and in my boxing skills. I'm not the type that thinks exercise in inherently fun. In fact I loath going to the gym, which is why I appreciated John and his commitment to my health; I couldn't have done it alone. I miss John! The only reason we are not still training is because I moved out of state, otherwise I would be training with him as much as my body could handle.
